PRÉSENTATION DE LA STRUCTURE 

Vision

  Le C2LC2 s’inscrit dans une perspective à court, moyen et long terme, se fixant comme objectif de fournir des échanges efficaces, spécifiques, changeants et d’appropriation des cultures sino-africaines à travers ses valeurs fondamentales, et de promouvoir le physique, le mental, bien-être psychologique et social grâce à la pratique des langues, des arts et des divertissements traditionnels chinois et africains. Le mécanisme de base du C2LC2 peut être résumé dans les 3 étapes suivantes: 1-Partage des connaissances et des expériences culturelles entre les peuples africains et chinois. 2-Assistance et soutien aux groupes ciblés pour la conscience individuelle et collective dans le contexte culturel de la Chine-Afrique en général, et de la Chine-Cameroun en particulier. 3-Formation et apprentissage des compétences en matière de développement des arts locaux et de l’industrie culturelle.

 Buts:

Le C2LC2 visait principalement: 1-Fournir une formation théorique et pratique sur les langues et la culture chinoises et locales; 2-Renforcer et vulgariser la pratique des Arts Martiaux Chinois, des danses traditionnelles locales et des sports culturels au Cameroun et en Afrique Centrale; 3-Promouvoir l’échange et le partage des arts et de la culture entre l’Afrique et la Chine à travers des films et des documentaires; 4-Établir et maintenir des partenariats avec les institutions culturelles chinoises, les organisations de médias ainsi que les ONG panafricaines.

PRESENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE

Vision

The C2LC2 is a powerful instrument, symbolizing the union of women and men of all ages around the promotion and joint development of Chinese and African culture in the Republic of Cameroon and in the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) in general. ECCAS is a group of 11 states that have come together to form an Economic Community for promotion of regional economic co-operation in Central Africa. The C2LC2 is part of a short, medium and long-term perspective, setting as a goal to provide efficient, specific, changing, and appropriative exchanges of Sino-African cultures through its core values , and to promote the physical, mental, psychological and social well-being through the practice of traditional Chinese and African languages, arts and entertainment. The basic mechanism of the C2LC2 can be summed up in the following 3 steps:

1-Sharing of knowledge and cultural experiences between African and Chinese peoples.

2-Assistance and support on targeted groups for individual and collective consciousness in the cultural context of China-Africa in general, and China-Cameroon in particular.

3-Training and skills learning in regard to the development of the local arts and the Culture industry.

Goals:

The C2LC2 mainly aimed at:

1-Providing a theoretical and practical education on Chinese and local languages and Culture;

2-Strengthening and popularize the practice of Chinese Martial Arts, traditional local dances and cultural sports in Cameroon and Middle Africa;

3-Promoting the exchange and sharing of arts and culture between Africa and China through Films and Documentaries;

4-To establish and maintain partnerships with Chinese cultural institutions, media organizations as well as Pan-African NGOs.
